By accessing or using Steer Health, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Steer Health reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of any modifications.

3. Services Provided

Steer Health provides AI-driven automation and growth solutions for healthcare organizations, including but not limited to digital front door solutions, pre-visit preparation, clinical triage automation, and post-visit workflows. We may modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.

4. User Accounts

  • To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Disrupt, interfere with, or compromise the security of the Services.

  • Steer Health is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steer Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
  • In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steer Health, its affiliates, and its officers from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

  • Steer Health may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas.

13. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Steer Health.
  • If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
